Entry fee is $300 per person.
2) Unlimited anglers per boat.
3) Optional Calcutta $300 payable at tournament.

5) All Shirts will be men’s sizes, so ladies,
choose size accordingly.
6) Holiday Inn Reservations must be made by March
3rd (239) 463–5711
7) Fish-Tale Marina Boat Slip Reservations need
to be made ASAP (239) 463–3600 (no charge but
they still need a count)
8) Please fill in ALL THE CONTACT INFORMATION
so we can have some semblance of an accurate guest
list.
